bro,Im new in minetest and playing on this mode(mesecraft). smokes is so faking annoying, i can’t see shit in small caves and even in my own house cus of smokes :|, i suggest voting for it’s removal or enhancing it (add something to it’s crafting recipe that make it smokeless and lifetime durable)
what a waste of computation power to make something that annoys people. brah
how can i disable it tho ?
I think it is an interesting mechanic. It slows progression down a lot and forces you to learn how to build and mine around it, until you eventually discover how to make better light sources.
It could certainly be improved overall, both visually and in behavior.
I do not see an easy way to disable it, so would be nice to have a config option or command. Maybe there is, but I’m not spending any more time on it right now lol…
